The most valuable aspect for me was the use of the coaching tool Stop, Reflect Write Report. [ Stephen- a lot of my coaching is about giving people space and time to reflect on the things they need to deal with- lawyers afford themselves little time to do this in their busy lives. It is amazing the solutions, collaborations and planning that comes out of such exercises. ].
The value for me was the use of reflection on our own case study and introspect on our overall thoughts which need not pertain directly to the legal profession. The stop, reflect, write, report exercise, was very insightful.
The most valuable aspect of coaching for me was clearing my understanding of my strengths and weaknesses and working with these in a positive direction.
I particularly enjoyed the realization that I could simply set realistic goals to be achieved in only 10 days ( as opposed to years ahead which are never looked at again!).
